In order to meet the growing demand, internal professionalisation is necessary and we are looking for a dedicated Service Manager to complement the Service department. As a Service Manager you are responsible for achieving the quality and departmental objectives of the Service department. With the aim of serving the customer in every way with services of the highest quality. By means of a coaching managerial style you manage our internal and field staff (+/- 15 FTE) and set targets (turnover, percentage of contracts executed and percentage of billable hours) are realized. You report to the General Manager and advise him on strategic choices with regard to optimizing processes and expanding the business. You see opportunities and possibilities in the market and translate these into production or services to expand our portfolio.
